PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control device for a gas turbine which can stably start up, drive and stop the gas turbine even if flame-retardant ammonia is used as main fuel. SOLUTION: In the drive control device of the gas turbine 1 which is mainly driven by ammonia as fuel, the ratio of fossil fuel in the fuel supplied to the gas turbine is more increased than that during normal operation in a region where the combustion quality of ammonia is more deteriorated than that during the normal operation of the gas turbine, for example, during cold startup and immediately after the startup, or immediately before the stop, etc., of the gas turbine.
