PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fog generating device for generating fog floating over a wide range and in turn for preventing its surrounding area from being immersed with water dropping down.SOLUTION: A fog generating device comprises: an inner body 12 having one or a plurality of open-holes [h] arranged in a peripheral direction, storing liquid W at a lower inside location than the open-holes [h] and also having an opening at a location above the open-holes [h]; and an outer body 11 having a bottom wall and a side wall 111 arranged outside the open-holes [h] and spaced apart from the open-holes [h]; and an atomization units 14 for applying ultrasonic vibration to the liquid W stored in the inner body 12 to atomize the liquid W. The open-holes [h] are made in such a way that upper ends [h1] defining the open-holes [h] are located above upper edges 111t of the side wall 111 to cause fog generated at the atomization units 14 to be flowed toward outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
