PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit of simple constitution and low cost, wherein a sensor and a processing circuit are mounted on separate boards for improved design flexibility, and other special parts are not required, and that is hardly affected by noise. SOLUTION: In an electronic circuit, a weak signal line 32 formed on a hard board 31 on which an AFIC 15 is mounted, and a signal pattern 35a of a flexible board 18 on which a PSD 6 is mounted, are connected electrically at a jointing part by soldering. Furthermore, by bending an extending part 18c of the flexible board 18 from a base part 18a at the upper part of the weak signal line 32, the weak signal line 32 and the joining part 36 are shielded electrically with a stable pattern 35c formed on the extending part 18c.
