PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly perform dyeing for thread and to improve the winding attitude of a winding package by providing a control means for changing a rotation command value or a power supply frequency supplied to a driving means. SOLUTION: The output of sensors 13, 15 is inputted to a control device 21. Induction motors 8, 9 drive bobbin holders 2, 3 at a designated rotating speed according to a commnand of the control device 21. A bobbin 5 is installed on the bobbin holder 3, and when thread taken up on the bobbin 4 reaches a designated amount, it is controlled to a desginated value by the sensor 15 according to the command of the control device 21. While the thread is wound, the rotating speed of a controller 1 is detected, and the induction motor 8 is driven by an inverter so as to reach a designated value. Thus, the control can be conducted following up the winding thickness of the thread by the control means, so that uniform dyeing can be performed from the winding start to the winding end to obtain a thread of high quality without uneven dyeying.
