PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize effectively a kitchen sink space and simplify a structure to hold down an installation cost. SOLUTION: This device is mounted on a kitchen sink 1 having a bottom wall 2 and a side wall 3, comprises a water dripping cage 30 to contain contents like garbage for dripping water of the contents, is recessedly provided with a housing part 40 having an opening part 41 which is formed on the side wall 3 of the kitchen sink 1 to have the water dripping cage 30 housed in a way that it can be drawn out, and comprises a supporting mechanism 50 adapted to have the water dripping cage 30 movably supported on the housing part 40 on two positions of a housing position A where the cage 30 is housed in the housing part 40 and a drawing-out position B where the cage 30 is drawn out from the housing part 40.
