PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform hydrogen supply or storage by stabilizing the temperature of a catalyst.

SOLUTION: The hydrogen supply/storage system has a catalyst 5; a reactor 2 having a temperature sensor 7 and a heating device 6 for heating the catalyst 5; a nozzle 3 for supplying supplied hydrogen or stored hydrogen; a pulse circuit 4 for jetting supplied hydrogen or stored hydrogen with a specified interval; a variation factor information memory section 13 for memorizing the information of a temperature variation factor of the catalyst 5 so as to keep it inputtable and outputtable; a temperature setting section 10 for setting the temperature of the catalyst 5; a feedback computation section 11b (11) which feeds back the information of a real temperature measured by the temperature sensor 7 and incorporates the set temperature and the real temperature into computation to control the heating temperature of the heating device 6; a feedforward computation section 11a (11) for computing the compensation amount of temperature change due to a variation factor based on the information of the variation factor; and a heating temperature computation section 11 for adding the compensation amount to the temperature obtained by the feedback computation section 11b (11).
