PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic egg processing system capable of responding to various kinds of requests in the market and further capable of effectively utilizing a best before date. SOLUTION: There are provided a first processing section for cleaning and washing many eggs fed from a chicken house while they are being transported along a transporting passage; a second processing section P2 for inspecting and weighing the eggs passed through the first processing section while they are being transported, performing an automatic selection of classes in response to a result of weighing operation, and provided with transporting lines 21 to 26 for classification and many temporary containers for use in storing eggs capable of being moved on the transporting lines 21 to 26; a storing warehouse S capable of storing some eggs kept under stored state in the temporary container; and re-packing devices 30, 31 and 32 for replacing some eggs stored in the temporary container at the gate position arranged at the downstream side of each of the transporting lines 21 to 26 to their shipment containers.
