The device has a detector (3) placed under a driver seat (2) to detect presence of a driver. An electro-magnet closes a contact breaker and activates a circuit that supplies charge to another detector (20) of driver door, when the seat is freed. Another electromagnet excited by the detector (20) and another contact breaker deactivates all electrical circuits and blocks all openings in a vehicle during closing of the driver door.
