The invention relates to the production of heat-insulation building materials and coatings on mineral base, such as concrete, brick, natural sand, etc., and can be used in repair and building works. The heat-insulation dry building mixture contains, weight %: cement 75-78; sand from expanded perlite 15.75-19.5; sodium nitrate 0.5-0.6; calcium salt of weak inorganic acid 0.7-1.0; calcium chloride 0.4-0.55; sodium sulphate 0.4-0.55; sodium carbonate 0.4-0.55; calcium hydroxide or calcium carbide 0.8-1.25; rust inhibitor 0.15-0.33; rust solvent 0.15-0.33; plasticizer 0.15-0.33; water-soluble methyl- or carboxymethyl cellulose 0.25-0.3; redispersion powder of polyvinyl acetate 0.35-0.43. Vapor- and water-resistant protective coating with the high adhesive strength is provided by the means of deep penetration to the base structure. The mixture can be used in the production of fine single-piece products with the high heat-insulation properties and low permeability. |
