PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support system for accurately calculating the characteristics of a viewing action at each point of time of each driver.SOLUTION: A user characteristic learning part 110 learns, for each set of environmental situations such as sunny/rainy and vehicle situations such as right-turn/left-turn, the characteristics of the viewing action of a driver in a period in which the environmental situations and vehicle situations of the set occur, and registers the characteristics of the viewing action of the driver in a user characteristic database 109. Then, a warning processing part 108 predicts the environmental situations and vehicle situations when the vehicle is traveling in a spot ahead, and defines the characteristics of the viewing action registered in the user characteristic database 109 as the characteristics of the viewing action of the driver with respect to the set of the predicted environmental situations and vehicle situations, and performs driving support corresponding to the characteristics. |
