<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe immunopotentiator having immunopotentiating actions and utilizable even as a food material. <P>SOLUTION: The immunopotentiator comprises an mannooligosaccharide, preferably at least one kind selected from the group consisting of α-1,2-mannobiose, α-1,3-mannobiose and α-1,4-mannobiose as an active ingredient.
