SURGICAL SCOPE FOR OBSERVATION USED FOR MINIMUM INVASIVE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method using a minimum invasive surgical method for TMR. SOLUTION: An observation and therapeutic device executing a minimum invasive method via an aperture of a chest region of a patient has a visualizing scope 100 provided with a slender part and an end part, and a working device such as a tissue separation energy delivery device. The working device is enclosed in a working channel communicating with the end part 115 of the scope. One execution form has an introducer assembly 102 using a bronchoscope with its catheter shaft disposed at the end part of the scope, bringing about stability at the time of being induced into the chest region of the patient and stabilizing the therapeutic and visualizing end part of the scope in a treated part. This execution form can have a needle piercing assembly cooperating with the working device for drug delivery.
