PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-operability convenient mop squeezer capable of speedily and appropriately squeezing a mop washed with water. SOLUTION: A pair of fixed plates 7A and 7B are connected to each other through a guide shaft 13 and a movable plate 8 to be moved back and forth along the guide shaft 13 is provided between these fixed plates. A screw hole 15 is formed on the fixed plate 7B, one end of an operating shaft 9 passed through that screw hole 15 is connected to the movable plate 8 and a handle 18 is attached to another end of the operating shaft 9. Especially, one end side of the operating shaft 9 is used as a non-screw part and a screw to be screwed into the screw hole 15 is formed only on the other end side. Thus, when squeezing a mop 1, the manipulated variable of the handle 18 can be reduced.
