PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquor remaining quantity management system which can provide plural liquors for a customer at plural grouped restaurants. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a remaining quantity detecting means 100a which detects the remaining quantities of liquors in bottles, a converting means 300a which converts the remaining quantities to specific management units, a DB recording means 200a which stores the converted quantities of liquors in a common database 400 of the group, a DB read means 500h which reads the remaining quantities out of the DB when remaining liquors are provided for a customer, a converting means 300b which converts the remaining quantity to the liquor of the brand that the customer desires, and a providing means 600b which provides the liquor of the specified brand by a specified quantity. |
