The method involves forming a row of equally spaced soil holes (3) having defined volume in soil (4) during continuous travel of a towing vehicle adjacent to a root region of cultivated plants in a work procedure. A liquid fertilizer (2) in defined amount is passed into the formed holes in another work procedure. The formed holes filled with the fertilizer are covered with soil in a third work procedure, where the work procedures are simultaneously implemented. An independent claim is also included for a device for introducing liquid fertilizers into agricultural soil.
