PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle capable of retaining stable heating comfort by adjustment of air-conditioning while efficiently performing ventilation by opening a window even when difference between an in-cabin temperature and the outside air temperature is large. SOLUTION: When it is determined that there is a need for opening the window by a window opening determination means for determining whether or not there is need for opening the window (S3), temperature variation in the cabin by opening of the window is presumed by an air-conditioning correction means to correct the air-conditioning (S6).
