<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic system and method for providing a pictorial keyboard. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic system is provided with a control panel receiving an input of a user's request for displaying a pictorial keyboard image, a display section displaying the pictorial keyboard image and actuating to receive an input of a user's command by a touch system, and a control section connected to the control panel and the display and actuating to control that an ultrasonic image is displayed on the display section and the pictorial keyboard image is displayed on a part of the screen of the display section.
