PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable for a differential signal transmission capable of providing stable electrical characteristic for each product, and to provide a connection method to a circuit board.SOLUTION: A thermal insulation member 15 for preventing communication of heat to an insulation body 12 when connecting an external conductor 13 to a background pad 23 of a circuit board 20 is arranged between the insulation body 12 and the external conductor 13. This enables the external conductor 13 to be directly connected to the background pad 23 under the condition of preventing deformation or melting of the insulation 12 by heat. Therefore, conventional calking works can be omitted and calking force is not loaded to the insulation 12. The elastic deformation of the insulation 12 is prevented, a distance between signal line conductors 11 is set as per design dimensions, and stable electrical characteristic for each product can be obtained. |
