PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film coated tablet for UV laser printing allowing excellently clear laser character printing for reducing a risk of medical malpractice in a medical setting.SOLUTION: The present invention produces a multilayer film coated tablet having as an outermost layer a thin film coating layer containing a specific percentage of a color change-inducing agent (such as titanium oxide), and performs UV laser printing of, e.g., characters with extremely improved clearness on a surface of the tablet. In addition, the tablet also has as an inner layer a film coating layer having a high percentage of a light-shielding agent, and is thereby expected to have an effect of ameliorating the stability of optically unstable medicaments contained in an uncoated tablet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
