A grey yarn converter of a double-head circular knitting machine is characterized by installing plural pneumatic lines guided grey yarn, converting the knitted grey yarn selectively and having mechanical durability. A grey yarn converter of a double-head circular knitting machine comprises: a slide block(5) containing plural linear guide grooves(10) on a front, a path continued to the linear guide groove and penetrated downward and a first elastic device installed on the path and been opposite to the guide groove; a second elastic device which is adhered on a lower side formed the guide groove, operating vertically; a holding member(40) hinged on a side of an upper part of the guide groove, supported by the second elastic device and returned clockwise; sliders(50) which are returned on the guide groove by the first elastic device, applying external force to be slid on opposite to the first elastic device; a rear block(60) joined to the slide block; a front block(90) joined to the rear block centering around a cutting device of the slider; and a fixed block(150) joined on a rear of the slide block and fixed on the double-head circular knitting machine. The sliders comprise: a supporting device fixing the same on the holding member when the first elastic device is contracted; a yarn path on an upper part; and the cutting device cutting the grey yarn on the yarn path. The rear block comprises: a yarn path pipe passed the grey yarn severally; a pneumatic block(65) applying air pressure in a direction of the yarn path pipe; a joining device joining the pneumatic block; and a groove for setting a lower side of the slider.
