PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display in which high brightness can be retained even if driven for a long period, which is provided with a color conversion layer superior in durability and in which it is easy to make a screen large. SOLUTION: This is the organic EL display which is sequentially equipped with an anode 8, an organic light-emitting layer 9 including an organic phosphor, and a cathode 10 on a transparent substrate 1, which is equipped with the color conversion layer 5 between the transparent substrate 1 and the anode 8, and in which light generated from the organic light-emitting layer 9 is emitted from the transparent substrate 1 through the color conversion layer 5, and the organic EL display in which the color conversion layer 5 is an aluminum oxide film having micro pores 4 filled with a fluorescent dye 3 to convert an emission wavelength of the organic light-emitting layer 9.
