<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell which can supply fuel without using external power supply at starting, of which the number of connection parts of a fuel supply system is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell comprises electromagnetic valves (42, 44) for fuel-supply, opening and closing fuel supply passages (34a, 34b), a bypass passage (34c) bypassing the electromagnetic valves, and a manual valve (48) for fuel-supply opening and closing the bypass passage, and fuel is supplied to the fuel cell (12) by opening the manual valve (48) for fuel-supply at the start of the fuel cell (12). The fuel supply passages (34a, 34b), the bypass passage (34c), the electromagnetic valves (42, 44) for the fuel-supply, and the manual valve (48) for the fuel-supply are integrally arranged and unitized in a valve unit (70). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
