PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a spike for gold shoes which has a loosening-preventing function so as to effectively prevent falling off of the spike mounted to a shoe bottom. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of a resin spike 27 to be mounted changeably to a shoe bottom 16 of gold shoes 16, a hard mail screw body 11 by which a female screw is plastic-formed by the upsetting operation of screwing is arranged in the shoe bottom 16, a female screw forming body 21 produced from metallic material or resin material softer than the mail screw body 11 and having a hole 23 before threading to be screwed into the mail screw body 11 is arranged at a resin spike 27 and the hole 23 before threading is fitted to the mail screw body 11 to screw the spike 27 into it. Thus, the female screw 30 is plastic-formed to the inner wall of the hole 23 before threading and the female screw body 11 and the screw thread 12 of the male screw body 11 are fitted tightly.
