PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a finish machining tool for providing high dimensional accuracy and superior surface roughness. SOLUTION: In an action surface 4a of a compact part of the tool 1 for finishing, after processing the action surface 4a in a mirror surface shape, roughness is imparted so that its surface roughness becomes 0.5 or 2.0μm by using, for example, a laser processing machine for providing cutting capacity. At this time, an elevated spot part 5 and a low spot part 6 forming a predetermined pattern are formed on the action surface 4a.
