<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device information management system capable of managing the correspondence of image forming devices to computers to be managed, to which the image forming devices are locally connected. <P>SOLUTION: PCs 2-4 to be managed obtain printer information from printers 11-16. A management PC 1 obtains PC information and the printer information from the PCs 2-4. The printer management server 21 of the management PC 1 creates correspondence information showing the correspondence of the PCs 2-4 to the printers 11-16 according to the PC information and the printer information obtained, and stores this correspondence information in a file within an HDD 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
