<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically order apparatus units containing consumables for each image forming apparatus and to automatically manage the ordering situations and the delivery situations of the apparatus units. <P>SOLUTION: When an amount of used consumables in the apparatus unit which can be attached to and detached from an apparatus body becomes the prescribed amount, the image forming apparatus 1 gives an ordering work request of the apparatus unit to a management server 2.
