PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a putted food product by using a powdery material such as flour. SOLUTION: This device for producing a putted food product comprises a molding part 1, an operating part 2 for driving an upper mold 11 and a lower mold 12 forming the molding part 1, and a controlling means 3 for controlling the operation, etc., of the operating part 2. A cavity 19 for putting and forming a powdery material 99 is formed out of each mold 12 and 15. Air cylinders 21 and 22 for moving the upper mold 11 and the lower mold 12 in the vertical direction are installed. The air cylinders 21 and 22 are operated by an exchanging operation of exchanging valves 31 and 32 controlled by the controlling means 3. A variable discharging valve 39 having a variable restrictor 391 and a pressure sensor 38 are installed at the side of the cylinder room 219 for lowering the upper mold of the air cylinder 21. A balancer valve 37 for supplying air pressure for momentary lifting the upper mold 11 is installed at the side of the cylinder room 218 for lifting the upper mold. |
