According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus to control hydraulic oil charge comprises: an engine; a hydraulic pump pumping high pressure oil using a rotational force of an engine when a vehicle is in a state of being idle and in an oil charge operating mode; an accumulator charging the high pressure oil to preset working pressure; and a hydraulic motor rotating the engine to start the engine using the high pressure oil discharged from the accumulator when the vehicle is re-driven. |
