摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the frequency accuracy of frequency f0 by adding the oddorder high frequency group at fundamental frequency f0/(2n+1) against frequency f0 corresponding to the center frequency containing elastic surface wave mainly and by obtaining the prescribed relation between the electrode width and frequency f0.
