PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized twin piston pump having the advantages of large-sized standard parts and eliminating the use of expensive parts as much as possible by providing a sleeve-and-piston subassemblies, and also providing a jacking screw plate between a fluid cylinder and the sleeve-and-piston subassemblies. SOLUTION: A pump device comprises a pair of slender pumping pistons 102 which is accepted to their corresponding sleeves 44 to which a power is provided by piston/cylinder devices 118 operated in association with the pumping pistons. These devices are each provided with normal cylinders and slender piston rods 122 movably extending forward and ending at a yoke 126. Four pistons and cylinder devices, i.e., the portion near the front end part of assemblies 86 and 118 are loaded on an adjusting plate 136. Piston rods 90 and 122 are passed through the adjusting plate 136, connected to a panel with screws, and also can be adjusted vertically.
