PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an electric power consumption by stopping a paper sucking means of a paper conveying device according to paper sizes, in a paper loading device for accepting the image-recorded paper fed from an image forming device and discharging it to a discharged paper receiver. SOLUTION: A paper conveying device A conveys the image-recorded paper fed from an image forming device 100 by putting it on a traveling belt. A paper sucking means sucks the paper on the traveling belt when the length of the image-recorded paper fed from the image forming device 100 in the conveying direction is shorter than the predetermined length L which is equal to the distance between the discharge rollers 18, 18 of the image forming device 100 and a paper discharge means B.
