A heating control apparatus and method using brown gas are provided to make the most use of the brown gas, including cooking, heating and welding by connecting a temperature and pressure sensor, a supply valve, and a brown gas generator with a controller. A heating control apparatus using brown gas comprises a brown gas generator(10), a water distillation part(60), a storage tank(20), a burner(30), a supply valve(35), a temperature and pressure sensor(40), and a controller(50). The storage tank stores the brown gas generated from the brown gas generator. The burner is connected with the storage tank through a pipe(21) and has a nozzle discharging flame. The controller, which is electrically connected with the sensor, the supply valve, and the brown gas generator, controls the type and temperature of the flame of the burner.
