The present invention relates to a stapler comprising: a top main frame including a staple cartridge with a plurality of staples successively connected, which pressurizes one side of the included staple cartridge downward with force of a user given through a top surface and makes one piece of staple in the staple cartridge to the outside; and a supporting plate separated from the top main frame and placed on the bottom to be near to the top main frame by magnetic substances, which has a bending groove to make stapling conducted by supporting the protruding piece of staple, which is pressurized by the top main frame, and bending the end inward. Since the stapler is divided into the top main frame and the supporting frame and the top main frame and the supporting frame are placed by the attraction of the magnetic substances with paper or the like in between, stapling can be conducted anywhere without limitations in distance, width or the like of paper to be stapled. Since the magnetic substances, which make the top main frame and the supporting plate be near each other, are placed by putting magnetic substances with different polarities around a magnetic substance, which is the center, the top main frame and the supporting plate are precisely placed by attraction and repulsion of the magnetic substances for elaborate stapling to be conducted.
