PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition in which variations in surface resistivity are reduced and occurrence of bleeding is suppressed.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains a first thermoplastic resin, a second thermoplastic resin, and a conductive filler; and has such a sea-island structure that the second thermoplastic resin becomes an island in a continuous phase of the first thermoplastic resin. In the cross section of the resin composition, a ratio of the area of the conductive filler existing in the second thermoplastic resin to the total sum of the areas of the conductive fillers existing in both the first thermoplastic resin and the second thermoplastic resin is 40% to 75%. A melting point of the second thermoplastic resin is 170°C or higher and 220°C or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: None
