摘要 A peripheral groove (32) at a pre-set distance from the shaft endface (14) has its own contact face (33), and a groove round the sleeve forms a chamber (34) with contact face (40) and arranged in the inner peripheral wall of the sleeve. In this chamber, an element forms a wedge (36) which radiates between its chamber-retracted setting for threading the shaft into the sleeve, and a second setting partially out of the chamber where the first wedge face contacts the shaft groove face and contacts the chamber face via a second wedge face. The radial movement of the wedge is controlled from outside the sleeve and the two contact faces (34,40) are so oriented that a radial wedge movement clamps the sleeve to the shaft. The groove face should expand conically towards the shaft endface and each wedge element has a conical face of equal angle to that of the outer part of face.
