PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a vulcanized rubber product having an interface releasability resistance in an atmosphere existing a fuel oil such as a gasoline fuel oil, an alcohol mixed fuel oil or the like as a vapor or the like, that is, an excellent fuel oil resistance. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the vulcanized rubber product 10 comprises the steps of coating a vulcanizing adhesive for rubber on a rigid member 12, integrally forming an unvulcanized body rubber 12 made of an NBR rubber material with the adhesive coating surface of the member 12, then vulcanizing the rubber 12, and further thereafter heat treating the rubber at 120 to 200 deg.C. |
