PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporal part pressing instrument by which effects of digital pressure are obtained without the aid of the other person while a user has a rest and relaxes. SOLUTION: The temporal part pressing instrument is equipped with a base having side plates facing at a prescribed interval, a first strip which is placed in a manner to be suspended in an arc shape between the facing side plates by winding the end parts around the facing side plates and by fixing them and has a head part placing part, and a second strip which is wound around and fixed to the first strip at the end parts of the first strip that is wound around and fixed to the side plates and has protruding parts for pressing temporal parts.
