<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting display device that can efficiently arrange pixel regions. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting display device has a plurality of scan lines S for transmitting scan signals, a plurality of data lines D for transmitting data signals, and a plurality of pixel circuits 110 and 120 connected to the scan lines and data lines, respectively. The pixel circuits 110 and 120 have a pixel driver 111 that responds to the scan signals, and outputs to an output terminal a drive current corresponding to the data signal; first, second, and third light emitting elements (R, G, and B) that correspond to the drive current, and respectively emit light to first, second, and third hues; and first, second, and third switching elements (M31, M32, and M33) that are electrically connected with the output terminal of the pixel driving section and the first, second, and third light emitting elements (R, G, and B), selectively transmitting the driving current to each of the first, second, and third light emitting elements (R, G, and B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
