The invention relates to engine-building. The substance of the invention is in the decrease of power losses for implementation of processes of gas exchange of working medium in over-head end at absence of supercharger through formation of rarefaction in over-head end at expansion stroke and opening of inlet valve with advance of 40-70 degrees of crankshaft turn with respect to opening of the outlet valves. The outlet valves are opened at expansion stroke at value of volume of over-piston cavity 90-100 percent of maximal value, with closing at value of volume of over-piston cavity 40-60 percent of maximal value at piston motion from BDC to UDC.
