<p>PURPOSE:To more precisely correct the origin by reading out origin correcting information from a storage means and correcting coordinate values based on the delay time measured by a measuring means and origin correcting information to calculate coordinate values. CONSTITUTION:An oscillatory pen 10 which picks coordinates, an oscillating body driving circuit 15 which oscillates the oscillatory pen 10, and an arithmetic processing part 20 which executes the arithmetic processing of coordinate calculation in accordance with control of the oscillating body driving circuit 15, an obtained phase delay time Tp, and a group delay time Tg are provided. Further, an acoustic wave detecting circuit 25 which detects the phase delay time Tp and the group delay time Tg from an acoustic wave, an oscillation transmission plate 30 which transmits the oscillation wave, an oscillation absorbing material 35, and sensors 41 to 44 which detect the oscillation wave are provided. Origin correcting information are obtained at plural points on the oscillation transmission plate 30, and coordinate values are corrected based on these information to calculate coordinate values. Thus, the origin is corrected more precisely.</p> |
