<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel device with which a touch panel is constituted so as to prevent faulty double operating caused by the operator of the touch panel. SOLUTION: This touch panel device is provided with a resistance film type touch panel 20. Respective light emitting elements 27 are arranged at intervals along with a left side part and an upper side part on the outer surface of the touch panel 27 and on the other hand, respective light receiving elements 28 are arranged along with a lower side part and a right side part on the outer surface of the touch panel 20 while facing the respective light emitting elements 27. When the quantity of light received by at least two light receiving elements among respective corresponding light receiving elements 28 for receiving the light from the respective light emitting elements 27 is decreased together by the finger operation of the operator along with the surface of the touch panel 20, it is judged as erroneous operation and a switch function based on the pressure of the touch panel is invalidated.</p> |
