PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion of a forklike load-carrying platform of a hand lift truck into a load-carrying platform insertion space. SOLUTION: When the forklike load-carrying platform 41 of the hand lift truck 40 is inserted into the load-carrying platform insertion space 24 of a pallet 20 supported on a pallet support piece 32, a front wheel of the hand lift truck 40 must climb over an obstacle (constituted by a bottom plate 22) having a height obtained by adding a thickness of the bottom plate 22 of the pallet 20 to a thickness of the pallet support piece 32, if there are no hand lift truck base 36 and guide part 37. In this invention, however, the front wheel of the hand lift truck 40 may only climb over the bottom plate 22 of the pallet 20 merely as usual owing to the presence of the hand lift truck base 36 and the guide part 37.
