<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking guide passage belt and a walking stick capable of reducing the mental burden on a blind person by safely guiding the blind person to walk in addition to the touch sensing of conventional point system, and permitting replacing each consumed or broken part. <P>SOLUTION: The walking guide passage belt and the walking stick comprise a vertically movable lifting groove passage belt body with a plurality of grooves each of whose tops is exposed to a road surface and a vertically movable point system both of which have buried magnets, and a walking guide touch sensing safety device which can achieve both sensing/confirmation on the foot and the guidance by voice through an earphone 13 by the internal structure of the walking stick 10 for the blind person to walk, so that the mental burden on the blind person can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
