PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an optimal menu to each cooking person, in consideration of a lifestyle of the cooking person.SOLUTION: A recommended menu proposal system 1 comprises: a cooking appliance use history acquisition part 15 for acquiring cooking information containing menus which were actually cooked and dates of cooking, as well as use history information of energy use time or energy use amount which was actually required by a cooking appliance 21 for such cooking, and for recording the information in a cooking appliance use history DB 13; a recommended menu extraction part 16 for referring to the cooking appliance use history DB 13, for extracting one or plural combinations of menus which are determined to have any correlation in menus selected by a cooking person which were cooked within a predetermined first time interval; and a recommended menu sending part 20. The recommended menu sending part 20 narrows down menus which can be cooked by the cooking person within an acceptable cooking time which is a cooking time acceptable to the cooking person, or menus which can be cooked by the cooking person with not more than an acceptable energy use amount which is an energy use amount acceptable to the cooking person, from the combinations of menus extracted by the recommended menu extraction part 16, and then displays them on the cooking appliance 21 or a cooking person's terminal 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
