This is a system which protects everyone who attends bullfights and football matches not only from the rain but also from the sun and the wind, avoiding risk and damage(harm). Composed of an iron or aluminium frame and cables, assembled from a total of 18 pieces, if it is movable. If it is fixed, it has fewer pieces, as already explained in the specification. It carries a special plastic or canvas protection device and a bell-shaped device for regulating the air in central shaft No. 4, and the protection device is secured to the wheel which runs on the central shaft and on part of coupling No. 8, with application of wheels on the cables. It can be moved by means of a motor and may be converted to its fixed form. <IMAGE>
