CONSTITUTION:A development supporting tool 11 for executing the maintenance and management of a design specification on a data base 16 registers various information of a correlation of a design specification element, a state of a design specification, a state of an outcome object, etc., in the data base 16 and manages them. A correlation control module 12 for managing a correlation of the design specification generates, updates and deletes a correlation table of the design specification and design specifications, and a design element and the design specification in accordance with a request. A specification state management control module 13 for managing the state of the design specification executes state setting and a state management such as the specification is set as an error specification or a specification to be inspected, and its reverse is executed, etc., in accordance with a request. In such a way, the work burden of a changing work at the time of executing a correction can be reduced.
