PURPOSE:To rapidly extract active ingredients with cold water without impairing flavor or body by placing a substance to be extracted, such as coffee powder or teas, in cold water and simultaneously inputting ultrasonic waves thereto. CONSTITUTION:A paper filter 7 is defolded and arranged on the inner periphery of a filtration vessel 10. Cold water and a substance 1 to be extracted are placed in an extraction vessel 3. The filtration vessel 10 is turned upside down and screwed through a waterproof packing 23 to the top opening 11 of the extraction vessel 3. A high frequency vibration signal is outputted from a vibration circuit 5 and subsequently amplified in a power amplifying circuit 6 to initiate high frequency vibration in an ultrasonic vibrator 4. The high frequency vibration is transmitted through water to the substance 1 to be extracted to extract active ingredients of coffee, teas, etc. |
