PURPOSE:To enable time display at need by storing plural video information mutually related with a disk storing arbitrary information or making a reproducing state shiftable from one state to an other state. CONSTITUTION:Video information separated by a data processing part 203 is inputted to a video processing part 206 to be applied with decoding processing corresponding to systems of display devices. For example, the information is converted to an NTSC, a PAL, an SECAM, a wide image, etc. A video signal decoded in the video processing part 206 is inputted to an adder 208 to be added with caption information and character information there and an added output is led out to an output terminal 209. Further, audio information selected and separated in the data series processing part 203 is inputted to an audio processing part 211 to be demodulated and led to an output terminal 212.
