PURPOSE: An internal voltage generator is provided to control an output voltage of an internal voltage generator suitable to an outside surrounding in a package level using an anti-fuse capable of programming CONSTITUTION: An internal voltage generator makes a program using a fuse and controls an internal voltage. The fuse is an anti-fuse which is shorted by an insulation breakdown to be programmed. A circuit for programming the anti-fuse includes an operation switching portion precharging with a half power voltage, an anti-fuse generating an insulation breakdown when over-current is flowed, a sense signal inputting portion being inputted a sensing signal to confirm the program state of the anti-fuse, a breakdown voltage suppling portion suppling the voltage of the variable voltage generating portion, and an output portion outputting the program state of the anti-fuse. Also, the circuit includes a feedback portion strongly returning with high speed and low power according to the outputting portion, a current cutting portion cutting or connecting a path of the current being supplied from the breakdown voltage suppling portion to the anti-fuse, a latching portion strongly make a stabilization the anti-fuse with a half power voltage, and a reverse current preventing portion cutting the current flowing from the feedback portion to the output portion.
