PURPOSE: A method for preparing transparent labeled soap bars having excellent mold releasing property by using an excess amount of triethanolamine to improve adhesion property of soap, inserting the upper and lower parts of the soap into a mold and press-forming is provided, which has the advantage of obtaining transparent labeled soap without damaging bars of soap such as crack, scratch and distortion. CONSTITUTION: The transparent labeled soap bars are prepared by a process consisting of: adding triethanolamine used both as a neutralizing agent and a foam stabilizing agent in an amount of 10 to 15% by weight to conventional raw material of transparent soap to produce soap having increased adhesion; introducing a printed label into between the upper and lower parts of the soap (3)(3'); wrapping the outer surface of the soap with synthetic resin film (2) such as PVC, PE, PP or the like, feeing into a mold (1) and pressing under pressure of 12 to 20 ton,
